The Avila Beach CSD governing body, an elected, five-member Board of Directors, is committed to providing the citizens and visitors of the District with quality, innovative, and cost-effective services, including water, sewer, fire protection and street lighting. The Board of Directors meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 11:00 am. The meetings are held at 100 San Luis Street at the district office board room.

Avila Beach Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Avila Beach Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
